Refund Policy

1. Refunds can only be requested within 7 days of purchase.

2. Refund requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Taxes paid are non-refundable as per applicable laws.

4. Users on a free trial plan are not eligible for refunds.

Free Trial Policy

Every new user starts on the Trial Plan, which includes the limits of the free plan. The trial period allows full access to all features for 7 days. After the trial period ends, users will automatically downgraded to free plan later they can choose a paid plan.

Unused Months and Refund

If a refund is requested within 7 days, and the user has used the service for part of the month, we will deduct one month's usage fee for the time spent using the service. No refunds will be provided for taxes paid.

Upgrade, Downgrade, and Cancellation

1. Downgrades are not allowed within an active billing cycle.

2. You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the difference in cost will be prorated. Any unused portion of your previous plan will be credited toward your new plan.

3. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once your current billing cycle ends, billing will automatically stop, and you will no longer be charged.

4. After canceling, you can choose another billing plan for the next cycle, and billing will resume according to your new choice.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@definai.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after approval.
